Service Dispatcher for Busy Oil/HVAC company

Hart Home Comfort has an opening for a service dispatcher:
A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
routing service calls that come in
calling customers when a change in schedule happens
accurately posting service calls imported from tablets and sending invoices
working between management, customers, and techs to promote upgrades and repairs
posting inventory transfers and purchase orders when parts are needed in the field
scheduling work for techs to avoid any down time
answer overflow of phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
Must be computer literate and be able to work in Windows programs as well as MS Word and Excel.
Salary will be considered based on experience.
Hours:
2-10:30 pm Mon-Fri
1 Sunday per month for Nov - March (6th day)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour
