Industrial distributor located in Western Suffolk is hiring a Morning Operations Associate.
Compensation: Starting at $25 / Hour
Hours: 5am – 1:30pm
Work Days: Monday - Friday
Job Description:
1. Warehouse Opening
2. Print shipping labels for outgoing merchandise
3. Assist with labeling outgoing merchandise
4. Truck Receiving / Unloading – Check incoming merchandise
5. Truck Loading – Stage and check outgoing merchandise
6. Inventory Entry, Movement, and Management
7. Assist Warehouse Manager with warehouse organization
Candidate Requirements:
1. Forklift Experience
2. Basic Straight Truck Experience Ideal candidate would have the ability to move trucks around the yard during the loading process
3. Candidate must be a morning person – Must be reliable and ready to work early in the morning
4. Detail oriented
5. Must be good with numbers / math.
6. Must be able to multi-task and handle a fast-paced environment
7. Ideal candidate would have the ability to move trucks around the yard during the loading process
