Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. While prior experience in B2B sales, customer service, or financial services is a plus, we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset. Responsibilities:
Engage business owners by phone to introduce, explain, and promote our payment processing services
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to support the closing process
Provide consultative guidance on services and equipment based on client needs
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Generate new business independently and through client referrals
Requirements:
B2B sales experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, energetic, and professional
Ability to develop and sustain client relationships
Strong active listening skills
