We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Salon Assistant to join our team and help us maintain a seamless and luxurious experience for every guest. This is the perfect entry-level position for someone passionate about the beauty industry and eager to learn from experienced stylists.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanor, offering beverages and ensuring their comfort.
Perform professional shampooing, conditioning, and scalp massages for clients.
Assist licensed stylists with various tasks, including mixing hair color and preparing treatment products.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all salon areas, including shampoo bowls, stylist stations, and the back bar.
Sanitize tools and equipment according to health and safety standards.
Manage salon laundry (washing, folding, stocking towels/capes).
Help manage inventory by stocking retail products and professional supplies.
Assist with front desk duties, such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, when necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
