A-V Services Inc., a leading AV company with multiple fortune 100 contracts within the financial, pharmaceutical and computing industry, seeks a Event/ Video Producer and Digital Asset Traffic Coordinator. Must have great customer service with emphasis supporting the corporate work sector.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the creation and deployment for digital assets for video walls deployment
· As an Event Producer, this position is accountable to manage and oversee the planning of town halls and meetings
· Must be proficient with complex a/v technology, be able to trouble shoot and manage client requests
· Attend and lead client meetings along side conference center staff to ensure GMS products and services are represented accurately, and are appropriate for client event requests
· Engage outside vendors when required, and lead the creative direction
· Manage and schedule appropriate pre-event testing and validation processes
· Provide flawless showing calling abilities, and be able deliver best practices around event execution
· Ensure the Incident Management processes are followed by all members of the team
Requirements:
· At least 2-years as lead Show Caller/ Producer for Live events
· A deep, proven knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Specifically Premier and After Effects, and be able to modify, and conceive of creative outcomes
· Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to understand client objectives and translate into Multimedia technology requirements
· Ability to work under pressure with calm demeanor to ensure large meetings & events run smoothly
· Strong technical background required in order to execute immediate response & resolution path, should technical issues occur
· Proven ability to multitask, delegate and manage a number of live events concurrently
· Well organized, flexible and able to complete numerous & various tasks during the working day
· Deep knowledge of all a/v and broadcast products, and best practices around live execution
· Competent technical background and knowledge of audio visual and Cisco Telepresence equipment
· Experience in live production as a director
· Strong technical background with events experience from idea to delivery and post analysis
