Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Carpenter with strong layout abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in carpentry and be eager to learn the Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) construction system. Responsibilities:
Perform accurate layout work for construction projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Ensure all work complies with building codes and safety regulations.
Assist in the installation and understanding of the ICF construction system. Training will be provided.
Maintain a clean and organized job site.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of carpentry experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role.
Strong layout skills and the ability to interpret and execute detailed construction plans.
Willingness to learn and implement ICF construction techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
