Applicants should have experience with reframing, installing windows and doors, and base and case molding installation. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Punctuality, teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to plan daily tasks are essential. The ideal candidate will be a strong problem-solver, capable of working independently or with a team, and will keep the job site clean and organized, ensuring tools are cleaned and stored daily.
