Req Number 128821Job DescriptionLeads development and execution of integrated communications, content and/or channels strategies that amplify system-wide initiatives and/or campaigns that educate and engage the workforce. In addition, and as appropriate, provides direct communications council and/or support to internal clients leading key, system-wide operational programs.Job Responsibility

Crafts engaging and informative content for weekly physician newsletter to ensure members of the medical group receive timely, relevant and streamlined information.

Develops and executes communications plans that will drive a measurable impact on the strategic objectives of individual stakeholders. This includes leading creation and flighting of initiative-driven communications materials across full array of digital and traditional communications channels.

Creates, edits and/or distributes content for system-wide or business unit channels and vehicles.

Collaborates where appropriate to drive integration opportunities that enable amplification of a consistent brand voice to internal and external stakeholders.

Actively collaborates with colleagues and partners by participating in team brainstorms, taking advantage of stretch assignments and deepening relationships with site-based communicators.

Consistently improves communications effectiveness by employing sophisticated use of data and analytics for all directly managed system-wide campaigns, and staying informed on functional best practice and innovation.

Job Qualification

Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.

Minimum of 8 years experience in communications.

HIGHLY PREFERRED

Strong editing and prooing skills

Proficiency in communication tools (e.g., text message and email management platforms)

Knowledge of physician-specific communication needs

Ability to translate complex medical information
