I am a solo practitioner looking for a dedicated part-time accountant to join my team. The position is for two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays, with the potential to expand into a full-time role in the future.
This is an in-house position based at our office, not a remote role. The hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, and the hourly rate ranges from $20 to $21, depending on experience.
The ideal candidate should either hold an accounting degree or be actively pursuing one. This role will involve:
Client write-ups using QuickBooks
Preparing sales tax returns
Preparing payroll returns
Assisting with individual tax return preparation.
While prior experience is a plus, we are willing to train the right individual who is eager to learn and grow in their accounting career.
