Small law firm in White Plains, NY near Pace Law School needs a part-time full-service bookkeeper with knowledge of Quickbooks online to work in our office for a few hours one day/month.
Duties include:
1. preparing a monthly client Statement
2. preparing a few checks to pay bills
3. preparing our Bank account balance summary
4. maintaining our financial records
5. preparing communications to IRS and NYS when due.
