We are seeking a Full Time FRONT DESK SPA MANAGER who must have SALES EXPERIENCE.
Your responsibilities will include creating an amazing experience for our guests and act as a role model for our front desk team and therapists. First impressions are lasting and reflect the entire spa, therefore, we are seeking a HAPPY, ENTHUSIASTIC, ENGAGING individual who has a welcoming ATTITUDE. For this position a GOOD ATTITUDE is key.
Your TOP priority besides GUEST EXPERIENCE is MEMBERSHIP SALES. Therefore, a sales background is preferable.
Additional responsibilities include:
Staff schedules and operational management
Handle guests concerns with class and humility
Ensure your entire team follows protocols and policies
Create systems and processes to streamline spa functions
MUST BE GOOD AT SELLING MEMBERSHIPS. THIS IS AN IMPORTANT ASPECT OF THIS POSITION.
Personal Qualities required in the candidate:
Uncompromising integrity, positive and optimistic, respectful, someone with initiative, a great work ethic and the ability to sell.
Working Hours:
FULL TIME.
$28 per hour PLUS commissions on memberships sales.
MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US.
