Manage all aspects of restaurant under the direction of ownership;
Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise staff;
Oversee compliance with all food, safety, and other applicable local regulations;
Handle promotions, advertising, and marketing activities;
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Collaborate with ownership and accounting department to develop and operate within the annual budget; and
Develop engagement activities to implement and enforce standards set by the company brand.
Candidates must have at least a bachelor degree in hospitality or a closely related field.
