We are looking for a front desk night auditor agent to cover our overnight shift from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Must be able to work in the U.S. with a valid social security number

MUST BE AVAILABLE ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS !

Job Description:

We are seeking a Hotel Guest Services | Night Auditor position who will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services to all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with the hotel's standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a boutique setting, with guest-facing customer service and excellent email etiquette. You will also have expertise in providing flawless, upscale, and professional guest service experiences, and strong, thorough communication skills. Additionally, a positive attitude, excellent work ethic, and a passion for curating fantastic moments for guests are required.

Qualifications:

- Highly desired: Boutique setting experience, guest facing customer service and excellent email etiquette.

Responsibilities:.

Guest Services

- Greeting Guests in a welcoming exceptional manner.

- Loading, and unloading of guest luggage.

- Provide concierge services about the neighbor and information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities.

- Resolve guests issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

- Provide guests exceptional service.

Bookkeeping & Operation:

- Keeping the hotel revenue secure and in balance throughout the shift.

- Accurately communicate with other shifts and with the general manager regarding issues arising from day to day operations.

- Provide guests with a great F&B experience with the daily breakfast set up, and the mini bar snacks and beverage operation.

- Maintain updated inventory of supplies, records of bookings and payments.

- Processing all reservations accurately and professionally.

- Processing of night audit reporting and oversight of 3rd shift hotel operations.

- Responsible for balancing the daily operations of the hotel.

- Attend to and replenish amenities, supplies, etc when needed.
