We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Fairfield Connecticut. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in a residential environment. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Execute residential cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, and common areas to ensure a clean working environment.
Provide custodial services that include waste disposal and replenishing supplies in restrooms and kitchens.
Engage in residential cleaning practices to maintain safety and cleanliness in manufacturing or warehouse settings.
Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
