Bark Slope is looking for a new walker to join our team! This is an ideal position for an artistic/writer/comedian type who needs some steady extra income while still enjoying their work. Bark Slope is an established suite of pet care companies in Park Slope for over 14 years, offering the opportunity to learn how to be a dog trainer, break into grooming, pet care administration, we love to promote from within!
You, of course, must be outdoorsy and be able to walk in the snow, rain, and heat; be communicative; have a positive attitude; adore dogs; have a gentle demeanor with animals; be timely, organized, and have a strong work ethic.
All of our team members are paid on the books as W2 employees.

To join our team you MUST:
- Have complete availability Monday through Friday between 10:00am and 6:00pm. The schedule will shift between these hours.
- Have a smart phone with a data plan
- Be ready to work outdoors in all sorts of weather
- Be able to give a MINIMUM 1 year commitment.
- Additional availability for sitting and walking in the off hours is a plus, as well as any experience with dogs.

We pay hourly, starting at $18/hr. This can increase based on experience. After 3 months of employment there is a built in raise to $20/hr.
