Seeking a full time doorman for a multifamily residential building
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Customer Service; meet and greet our residents and guests
Work along with superintendent/staff with tenant/building related matters
Perform security walks and checks around the lobby
Track & log packages on a tablet
Light cleaning of the main lobby
Sweep and Mop, etc.
Must wear proper attire
Must read, write and speak English
Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory
Schedule:
Midnight-8AM Sunday- Thursday
Off Friday and Saturday
