Responsibilities:
- Anwer incoming phone calls and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Provide excellent customer service and support to the sales team.
- Learn product knowledge and out point-of sale (POS) system (training provided)
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk/work area.
Requirements:
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong people skills.
- Excellent communications and customer service skills.
- Basic computer and typing skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company.
- Punctual and reliable.
