Certified Education/Director
Job Type: Full-time

Requirements:
-BA/ MA in Early Childhood Education
- 3 references
- Fingerprinting & undergo background check
- Teaching certificate NY State (B-2 or 1-6)
- Minimum 2 years teaching children under the age of 6
- Minimum one year experience in supervising staff
Job Descriptions: in collaboration with Executive Director with task below
Plan and direct the activities childcare setting/age appropriate
Plan, develop, organize, and evaluate activities and experiences for children.
Develop and revise lessons that will assist with cognitive/social growth.
Maintain supplies for program.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees, parents and community-based organizations.
Provide work direction and guidance to program employees, volunteers, and children.
Work independently with knowledge of NYC rules and regulation for daycare compliance.
Maintain a healthy and safe environment.
Collaborate with owner to ensure productivity for elevation of program
Apply and explain policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
Meet schedule and timelines.
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
