Museum Educator

We are a nature and science center organization in Rockville Centre. We are a small staff of educators. We do field trips for visiting school children and educational programs for the community. Our focus is science education, so you will need to know biology mainly, and enjoy speaking with the public and large groups of kids. part time, full time and volunteer positions are available. If you enjoy science and teaching then this is the place for you. An equivalent of an associates degree or experience in education or a science is needed to qualify.
