CT Investor & Developer with large land / lots inventory looking for highly experienced Full Time Project Manager for residential construction. You will manage simultaneous construction of many houses in the same location from inception to completion. Must be hands on and present at job site to supervise all work and deliveries at all times. You will be responsible and accountable for the entire project. Immediate projects in lower Fairfield County, CT.
You must have led large projects. And built numerous new houses. Intimate hands-on experience in all facets of new home building including foundation, framing, roofing, siding, sheetrock, interior and exterior trim, floors, HVAC, plumbing, electric, costs, specifications, inspection, scheduling etc.
