Our client, a global provider of information technology products and services, is seeking a Network Engineer
Location: Remote Position Type: Contract Qualifications:- Proven hands-on experience and expertise with Palo Alto firewalls or assimilated products
- Proven hands-on experience and expertise with F5 Load Balancers or assimilated products
- Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience with fundamental networking protocols including TCP, STP, ARP, Ethernet, OSPF, VPN, BGP, SD-WAN, etc
- Experience supporting or testing LANs, VLANs, WLANs, VPNs, NAT devices, &/or DHCP servers
- Experience supporting and administering Load balancers, Proxy, reverse Proxy, Firewalls, Routers, Switches
- Networking in Azure is a plus (Vnets, Subnets)
- Experience implementing security rules (ASG & NSG rules) would be a plus
- Knowledge of BGP would be a plus
