We are a small architecture studio located in the heart of Chelsea, NYC. Our work spans technically complex projects that require strong coordination and attention to detail. We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team. This position will help manage technical projects for NYC DDC (Dept of Design and Construction). We are looking for a team player with strong AutoCAD and communication skills. This position is a full-time on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
Support and manage multiple projects with technical and coordination-heavy requirements
Assist in organizing project schedules, deliverables, and consultant communications
Participate in design development, construction documentation, and quality control
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients
Maintain project documentation and ensure deadlines are met
Contribute to internal standards and continuous improvement of project workflows
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Minimum 1 year experience working in an architecture firm
Strong understanding of architectural workflows and technical detailing
Proficiency with common architecture tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a small-team environment
Interest in taking on increasing responsibility as projects progress
