This full-time position will involve participation in all phases of design and production of complete sets of construction documents and construction details as needed for design of large-scale commercial projects. Person must be capable of managing primary aspects of studio operation for a variety of projects. Proficient in detailing and organizing construction documents and acquainted with all phases of design and construction. Long term growth opportunity. Excellent Benefits. Requirements:
· 15 years minimum experience on architecture projects including 5 years as Project Architect or Senior Detailer.
· Proven experience leading teams while managing complex projects.
· Proficiency in the use of 2D/3D software, including Revit, AutoCAD, ensuring compliance with office standards.
· Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes.
· Strong organizations skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
· Ability to provide a thorough set of construction documents from schematic through construction administration and work with team in a studio setting.
· Able to provide QC of others, redline and project check.
· Detail oriented, efficient, adaptable to changing deadlines and priorities
· State Licensure and LEED accreditation is a plus but not required. Bachelors' Degree in Architecture.
