job summary:
Roles And Responsibilities Work with Solution Architects, Business SMEs to understand and document business process and user requirements. Configure CPQ application (APTTUS or Salesforce) product attributes, bundles, pricing rules, approvals, quoting templates, workflows, constraint rules, validation rules to meet business requirements. (NICE TO HAVE) - NOT REQUIRED Create and groom user stories, and partner with offshore team to deliver the solution Create and maintain system configuration and other documentation. As part of sprint playback, demo product features to key business stake holders Leverage business knowledge and expertise to identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintain high-level familiarity with other IT system / business application capabilities and scope to determine potential upstream/downstream integration or functionality intersection points. Partner with developers to test and verify development objects meet business requirements Use data to identify the root cause of problems, and make data-driven decisions while engaging appropriate stakeholders and managing implementation Work closely with project team during user acceptance testing (UAT); including tracking issues through to resolution and securing end user acceptance and sign-off. Support end user training Skill/Job Requirements Minimum 5+ years working on systems analysis and solution implementation - preferably ERP/CRM/Quote to Cash Minimum 5+ years experience working in Salesforce ecosystem Minimum 5+ years of experience working implementing/supporting Apttus CPQ Apttus CPQ certification preferred Understanding of Quote to Cash business process is a must Hands on ability to configure Apttus CPQ application like product attributes, bundles, options, option groups, pricing rules, approvals, quoting templates, workflows, constraint rules, X-author tool utilization etc. is a must Self-motivated team player with clear and effective communications skills; solid time management & organization skills with ability to manage multiple and often changing priorities. Agile/SCRUM experience preferred.
