Core work hours between 10-4, flexibility to start and end at different times.
Generally 40 hours a week with eligibility for overtime pay!
A Day in the Role…
Work on Concept through to CDs for their aviation studio,
These projects will be airports and commercial spaces within aviation projects (retail spaces, terminal areas, common areas, lounges, etc).
The most pressing need requires CA Experience, new construction/large scale project background , and advanced Revit Knowledge.
Skills and Strengths Necessary To Be Eligible: Aviation Project Experience | Construction Administration | REVIT | Core & Shell Experience | MEP Coordination | Required Experience:
Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
7-12 years of experience
Aviation, Transportation, or Core & Shell projects
Additional Qualifications:
Ideally MEP Coordination within large scale new construction projects
Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with clients when needed
