Business Analyst

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the hospitality industry. Based in New York, this role will involve working with a variety of digital platforms and conducting detailed analyses to support our sales and strategy teams.Responsibilities: Analyzing sales reports for the sales and operations teams Assisting the sales leadership team with performance reporting Ensuring data quality through regular assessment Supporting the sales and strategy teams with analysis and project management for strategic initiatives Conducting ad hoc analysis as required Utilizing Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and Salesforce platforms for various tasks Reviewing detailed reports and providing insights to the team Collaborating with other team members on strategic projects. Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position within the Hospitality industry Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Demonstrable experience in Data Analysis and Business Reporting Proven track record in Sales Analysis & Reporting Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce Platform Experience in conducting Ad Hoc Analysis Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Ability to conduct Detailed Review of complex data and generate Detailed Reports Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field is a plus Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
