Description Desktop Support EngineerKey Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain Windows operating systems, including Windows 11, Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.
Manage and support SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment, patch management, and system monitoring.
Implement and manage Microsoft Azure services, including virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, and Azure Networking.
Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
Administer Microsoft Exchange, both Online and On-Premises, including mailbox management, email routing, and security configurations.
Manage Apple devices using Apple Business Manager and ensure compatibility with company systems and policies.
Troubleshooting using Cisco ISE (Identity Services Engine) for network access control. (Read Only Access)
Administer Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) for VoIP telephony services.
Support IPC Turret systems for trading communications.
Utilize Jira Project Management and Confluence for task tracking, documentation, and collaboration.
Manage Citrix Desktop as a Service (DaaS) environments for virtual desktop delivery.
Administer Proofpoint for email security, including spam filtering, data loss prevention, and encryption.
Perform SharePoint administration tasks, including site configuration, permissions management, and content organization.
Manage asset inventory and tracking, including hardware and software assets.
Administer Printer Server environments, including Sharp and PaperCut, for printer management and print job tracking.
Configure and maintain Grafana for monitoring and visualization of system performance metrics.
Utilize Lansweeper for network asset discovery, inventory management, and software license tracking.
Support video conferencing systems, including Cisco Telepresence, for remote collaboration and communication.
Provide support to various financial applications such as Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Netx360, and Market Axess for financial data analysis and trading.
Configure and support VPN solutions, including Cisco AnyConnect and GlobalProtect, for secure remote access.
Manage Citrix Workspace environments for virtual application and desktop delivery.
Utilize Crowdstrike for endpoint security and threat detection.
Support Cisco Jabber for unified communication and collaboration.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role. Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems and server platforms. Experience with SCCM administration for software deployment and patch management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud administration. Familiarity with Microsoft Intune for mobile device management. Experience administering Microsoft Exchange Online/On-Premises. Knowledge of Apple Business Manager for Apple device management. Proficiency in managing Cisco ISE, CUCM, and IPC Turret systems. Experience with Jira Project Management and Confluence.
