We are determined to forge the next frontier of streaming through trust, teamwork, and talent.This position will be an integral member of the Peacock Finance team, partnering with various stakeholders across Peacock and the larger NBCUniversal organization to oversee the planning and reporting of Revenue, Cost of Revenue, and KPIs for the Peacock streaming service. The Director will lead a team consisting of a Senior Financial Analyst and report to the Vice President, Revenue Planning & Strategy.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Oversee the planning and reporting of Revenue, Cost of Revenue, and KPIs for the Peacock streaming service

Partner with cross-functional teams to build detailed subscriber revenue forecasts for official financial submissions (Estimates, Budgets, Long-Range-Plans), ensuring coordination across various finance and operational stakeholders on underlying assumptions

Consolidate weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance packages that analyze trends and insights related to subscriber performance with variances to prior financial submissions

Identify risks & opportunities to revenue and KPI targets through scenario planning and sensitivity analysis

Ensure accurate reporting of Peacock financials and metrics to NBCU and Comcast Leadership during monthly and quarterly close, using available data and resources to pressure test the financial ledger and KPIs for precision

Forecast and manage revenue related costs and act as finance partner to the various operational owners

Oversee the fulfillment of revenue share commitments to distribution platforms and partnerships

Develop new presentations and dashboards for executive reporting of KPIs and performance insights to support evolving business needs

Represent the finance team on cross-functional deals, initiatives, and projects, providing guidance and approvals where needed

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

Minimum 5-10 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in the streaming business or media landscape

Strong analytical skills required – organized, accurate & detail-oriented

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint User

Ability to build and maintain comprehensive financial models

Team player who enjoys both working independently and values being part of a unit

Ability to multi-task and prioritize work assignments in a highly challenging and constantly changing environment

Knowledge of SAP General Ledger preferred
