Job Description
We are a growing premium apparel brand seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Embroidery & Apparel Production Specialist to help bring our clothing designs to life. This role involves hands-on work with a commercial embroidery machine, preparing garments, maintaining quality control, and supporting light creative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain a commercial embroidery machine
Threading, hooping, color changes, bobbin replacement
Produce high-quality hats, shirts, hoodies, and apparel items
Inspect every garment for clean, luxury-level stitching
Fold, tag, bag, and package finished products
Organize blanks and keep production area clean
Assist with simple artwork adjustments or mockups (bonus skill)
Follow daily production goals and instructions accurately
Requirements:
Experience with embroidery machines or apparel production preferred
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Ability to stand and work with your hands for extended periods
Reliable, professional, and on time
Basic computer comfort (Windows/Mac)
Bonus: Experience with embroidery software, digitizing, or graphic design (not required but highly valued)
