Freelance Senior Manager, Content ManagementLocation: New York, New York, United States Agency: Mediabrands Content Studio - United States Ref#: 11013 Type of Contract: TemporaryWe are looking for a Senior Manager, Content Management to join our team here to assist in the pitch, development and execution of entertainment, talent, publisher, and marketing partnerships for top agency clients that exceed business objectives. The Content Management team plays a vital role within the agency, driving content initiatives from ideation through execution in addition to being a liaison to the strategy, planning, activation, influencer, and research teams throughout the agency. As a Senior Manager, you will strive to unearth content opportunities within the organization, help architect and execute content programs across platforms, and provide creative solutions to road bumps that arise throughout the ideation & execution process. Experience should include campaign management ranging from media-centric branded content programs to experiential based consumer engagement initiatives and talent/influencer-led activations. It is essential to not only effectively manage these programs for clients but exhibit strategic thinking skills as well as knowledge around emerging platforms or trends. Responsibilities: Manage content programs that range from entertainment partnerships (integrations & co-marketing), unique brand-to-brand partnerships, talent-led collaborations, and other custom productions Manage asset transfer/collection and content approvals between client and partners Manage tactical components of custom programs both leading up to, during and after each campaign, such as calendars, recaps, post reports, presentation decks, pre-pro meetings, etc. Contribute to team briefings and brainstorm sessions Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute ideas aligned to media strategies Evaluate and provide POV on opportunistic partnership proposals Collaborate on building partnerships and relationships with key content developers, publishers, studios, platforms, and vendors Monitor competitive industry landscape and marketplace trends Skills and Experience Bachelor's degree preferred 5+ years professional experience in media, marketing, advertising, agencies, production, creative - preferably with client management experience Past experience in media buying, planning or sales a plus Past experience working across various client industries such as retail, beauty, finance, insurance, or tech a plus Level of comfort and ability in presenting to clients and internal team members Must be a team player but also have the ability to work independently Self-Starter, demonstrates initiative Creative and adaptive thinker that enjoys learning, taking on unfamiliar challenges, and shaping new strategic approaches and frameworks Thrive in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Collaborative mindset Advanced knowledge of industry trends Excellent written and verbal skills Photoshop, Illustrator, copywriting, video editing (a plus but not required) We See You At IPG Mediabrands, we are unified behind a commitment to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging.
