Description We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team based in New York. In this role, you will be responsible for various HR functions including payroll management, employee onboarding, benefits explanation, and HR compliance. Responsibilities Manage semi-monthly payroll for a large number of employees Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and monitor eligibility levels for Leave of Absence (LOA) Stay updated with HR-related laws and regulations and apply them in the workplace Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees and management in a timely manner Explain employee benefits clearly and comprehensively Ensure HR reporting and compliance are consistently adhered to Utilize HR-related tools and software such as ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, and HCM Manage employee relations and hiring processes effectively Demonstrate strong communication skills and ensure compliance in all HR functions.
