Hybrid Schedule - : 3 days on site / 2 days remote The job is to support the development of an IT Strategy Roadmap which will define a multi-year strategy for the technology organization to build capabilities required to enable target state. The target state will be defined through a series of workshops and refreshed on a regular basis to mature technology capabilities, address pain points, and enable business growth objectives. This role will be responsible for supporting workshop facilitation, documentation of target state and roadmap for each functional domain, and tracking progress towards roadmap completion. The IT Strategy Roadmap will consist of four sections including an executive summary and dedicated strategy for each functional domain.
- Executive Summary - Overview of technology target state and roadmap to enable Front Office, Corporate, and IT Shared Services strategy. Maps roadmap to FG FY'22 strategic objectives.
- Front Office IT Strategy - Outlines the technology target state aligned to business growth objectives. Provides a roadmap of technology initiatives to enable target state.
- Corporate IT Strategy - Outlines the technology target state aligned to corporate organizational enhancements. Provides a roadmap of technology initiatives to enable target state.
- IT Shared Services Strategy - Outlines the technology target state for IT Shared Services. Provides a roadmap of technology initiatives to enable target state.
- Ability to develop power point slides and take basic meeting notes / track action items
