Primary FunctionsThe J.P. Morgan Wealth Management - Cash Management Consultant will serve as a high caliber investment consultant for Financial Advisors of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. T he primary focus of this role, which will initiate as a proof of concept, will be growth of the short-term investment product platform, driven by the formation of strong, trusted relationships with Advisors, product and platform education, and a deep knowledge of the liquidity management framework. The successful candidate will become a trusted extension of the Advisor team to help identify new client opportunities, propose solutions for existing client needs and drive cash management recommendations - transitioning the proof of concept into an expanded support team.Candidate will:Become a highly visible and active member of the wealth management ecosystem, with a focus on establishing and fostering imperative business relationships with field leadership teams and our Advisor community

Lead the strategy and design for both regular and ongoing business development activities to include but not limited to one-on-one and group product educational presentations, awareness campaigns, and market updates focused on liquidity solutions

Partner with Financial Advisors to source new opportunities through proactive prospecting as well as reactive investment opportunities for existing clients, in efforts to attract and retain client assets

Lead with the liquidity management framework and cash bucketing concepts; understand client near- and long-term liquidity needs through thoughtful, goals-based discussions with a focus on excess cash

Provide high caliber product expertise in client and prospect meetings

Partner closely with Data & Analytics team to design and distribute high opportunity leads to help Field Leadership and Advisors

Host actionable ideas calls and communicate key cash management messages timely and accurately

Cultivate relationships with Field Management and Financial Advisors; maintain consistent communication to deepen partnerships in support of goals and initiatives

Maintain expert knowledge of short-term investment solutions including but not limited to Money Market Funds, Brokered CDs, Ultrashort Bond Funds, Mutual Funds, Treasuries and short duration Fixed Income, Managed Bond Ladders, etc.

Partner with key subject matter experts within broader Investments and Products organization to foster cross collaboration, idea sharing and client deepening opportunities

Potential for player-coach management of team

RequirementsSeries 7, 66 licensed

7+ years of investments experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of macro interest rate environment; understanding of wealth management

Diversified wealth management and investment skills, including banking and lending, investment solutions, and wealth advisory preferred

Track record of sales and relationship management success

Team-oriented with ability to interact effectively with various functions

Superior communication skills; ability to speak comfortably and effectively to Advisors and Clients

Ability to actively work within a team environment while driving accountability for personal goals

Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and synopsize data

Bachelor's degree required
