We’re focused on driving the maximum value for our people, our capabilities and our media investments for some of the world’s leading brands.OverviewWe are currently looking for a Planner, Strategy and Investment to support the day-to-day Media Planning and Strategy functions for our client. This person will assist a team in the development, execution, and stewardship of media plans for client’s business.Role Objectives:

Responsible for contributing to the development and execution of strategic approach and tactical plans

Assist in development of RFPs and brief vendors

Create and review plans based on a brief and ensure planned metrics are accurate

Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updates

Create and send insertion orders in Prisma and traffic tags

Own weekly pacing document and present to clients during status meetings

Maintain stewardship of competitive analysis using Strategy software to assess media schedules of competitors, interpret data and draw conclusions

Prepare and update flowcharts and budget trackers

Prepare and issue buying specs and guidelines to buyers including delivery goals and budgets for use in negotiations

Review and verify media buys to ensure proper execution

Contribute to billing reconciliation process and negotiate invoice discrepancies with partners

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in media planning/strategy

Agency experience highly preferred

Preferable Computer Skills/Software Knowledge: Microsoft Suite, Prisma, Nielsen Suite, Kantar, IMS, Flowchart Software, R/F and Optimization Software, Social Tracking tools, comScore, Mbox, MRI/GfK, GWI

Basic knowledge of all cross-channel media, with a drive for curiosity and passion for the client’s business

Demonstrate ability to learn new propriety software and processes quickly and proficiently

Solid written and verbal skills, with ability to present to clients, maintain client correspondence and internal documentation

Detail-oriented, good follow through, able to multi-task, and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Meet client and internal deadlines and obligations

Manage projects, resources, stakeholders, and participants

Be a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems/issues

Additional InformationCompensation Range: $51,000 - $73,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
