- Provide all levels of support for P&L, market data, risk and order/execution management systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose trading and risk application on real-time basis and gather issues and requirements for the dev teams
- Support End of Day processes for complex Risk system and work in conjunction with Global support and development teams.
- Take ownership of problems and follow-up to its completion and communicate to the stake holders
- Own incident and problem management frameworks across the tech stack
- Participate in providing global coverage for system support and start-of-day/intraday health checks.
- Conduct release, deployment and DR/BCP management
- Manage user queries and service requests (often requiring in depth analysis of the technical and/or business logic of our systems)
- Conduct DevOps automation using tools and scripts
- Experience providing L1/L2 support within front office systems (Real time Risk, P&L and trading)
- Experience with order and execution management system and trade lifecycle.
- Solid experience in supporting derivatives (either fixed income or equities)
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or Engineering
- Have a good understanding of risk management system.
- Strong technical and analytical skills (SQL knowledge and some scripting experiences).
- Able to navigate in UNIX and Windows proficiently.
- Good problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and work towards tight deadlines.
- Able to handle a fast-paced trading environment.
- Self-driven , proactive and have strong communication skill
- Hands-on experiences in Autosys & sentinel
- Knowledge of Incident, Problem and Change management process
- Middleware knowledge such as TIBCO RV is a plus
- Development skill is a plus (C# or Python)
- A good understanding ITIL practices
- Knowledge on Derivatives product pricing and risk analysis.
