- Architect and develop small to large-scale end-to-end CRM solutions (primarily Salesforce; ability to work with and solution for other major CRMs is a major plus)
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage our clients tech stacks creating custom workflows, user interfaces, automation and making sense of large amounts of data.
- Provide Salesforce administration tasks and implement workflow solutions for our clients
- Identify issues and deviations from best practices in our clients' go-to-market operations end to end
- Create reports and dashboards to measure and report on key revenue pipeline metrics, as well as individual seller metrics
- Collaborate across departments and with marketing stakeholders on segmentation, campaign support, and reporting
- Track lead generation, MQLs, funnel conversion, customer acquisition sources, and campaign effectiveness for all marketing and sales activations
- Integrate data from disparate systems in order to report effectively on results and drive business decisions
- Serve as the subject matter expert on the Salesforce platform and other Revenue Operations tools as needed such as Outreach, Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, SalesLoft, etc.
- At least 2 year of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success or Revenue Operations experience
- Ability to multi-task to address multiple and often conflicting priorities in a high-paced environment
- Excellent client-facing written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff
