The Disney CreativeWorks Solutions team manages the business operations, strategy, and activation for custom branded sports content developed in partnership with CreativeWorks.Reporting into Director, DCW Solutions, this role will be responsible for delivering custom branded content response, collaborating with team members, peers, and partners across DCW, Client Connect, Sales and other solutions teams to create innovative client-first ideas, proposals, and presentations that deliver against the goals and objectives of the advertising partners. In addition, this role will provide thought and project leadership across areas of expertise (i.e., production efficiencies, content guidelines, toolkit, process, etc.)Key Stakeholders/Interactions:

Key Responsibilities:
Create strategic, creative, market-leading branded content proposals and presentations in response to both proactive requests and category RFP’s that leverage assets and capabilities across ESPN and the Disney portfolio, with cohesive rationale and innovative ideas
Partner with Sales Execs to attend client meetings/events to help sell through ideas/proposals
Serve as a CreativeWorks subject matter expert in assigned category and share that expertise with Sports, Entertainment and Local Brand Solutions, as well as Sales Communications
Lead project teams to develop compelling pitch materials
Help implement and utilize consistent CreativeWorks work processes
Leverage research and insights to ensure that our ideas and campaigns are rooted in data and a deep awareness of the cultural values of each audience
Understand diversity and inclusion within client response and ensure a positive culture of inclusion
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:

Collaborate with stakeholders across the Ad Sales organization and beyond on RFP responses. Partner with Sales Execs to attend client meetings/events to help sell through ideas/proposals
Serve as a ESPN CreativeWorks subject matter expert in assigned category and share that expertise with Sports, Entertainment and Local Brand Solutions, as well as Sales Communications
Provide thought and project leadership across areas of expertise (i.e., proactive development, toolkit, process, etc.)
Develop compelling pitch materials in various presentation software
Leverage research and insights to ensure that our ideas and campaigns are rooted in data and a deep awareness of the cultural values of each audience
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:Experience:
Requires 7+ years of marketing, sponsorship, promotion, branded entertainment, and/or media experience
Experience driving revenue across all platforms
Experience providing guidance to other team members
Presentation and pitch experience
Project management, leadership & execution/production experience
Education, Skills & Capabilities:
Able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g., DCW, Client, Brand and Local Solutions, Sales)
Proficient in sports, linear, all digital media programs and platforms
Able to work on multiple projects at one time
Demonstrated attention to detail
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
Expertise in project management/execution
Ability to effectively collaborate and influence
Fully proficient in business and collaboration software to successfully engage with stakeholders and drive work: Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Keynote, Google Docs/Sheets
Bachelor’s degree required
#DisneyAdvertisingThe hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $130,800 - $175,400 per year, and in Santa Monica, CA is $124,900 - $167,500 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
