You will oversee all aspects of our bar operations, including crafting innovative cocktails, managing bar staff, and ensuring a top-notch guest experience. Your role will involve creating and executing an exciting beverage program that complements our menu, maintaining inventory, and fostering a positive and productive environment for both staff and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Cocktail Creation & Execution: Design and craft a diverse range of cocktails, including traditional Filipino drinks and contemporary creations. Continuously experiment with new ingredients and techniques to keep the bar menu fresh and exciting.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise bar staff. Provide guidance and support to ensure high standards of service and professionalism are met.
Customer Experience: Engage with guests to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations. Create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all patrons.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, place orders, and manage supplier relationships. Ensure the bar is stocked with high-quality ingredients and that waste is minimized.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure that all bar operations adhere to local and state regulations, including responsible alcohol service and health and safety standards.
Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to create a cohesive dining experience and ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a bar manager or mixologist in a high-volume, upscale setting.
Exceptional knowledge of mixology, cocktail techniques, and beverage trends.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a talent for motivating and managing a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
Familiarity with bar management software and inventory systems.
Knowledge of local and state regulations related to alcohol service.
Certification in Responsible Beverage Service is a plus.
