Requirements:
+3 years bar tending experience
Experience in restaurant bar tending
Energetic and friendly personality
Professional and efficient with clean work habits
Strong cocktail knowledge. Ability to create off menu drinks based on customers requests
Decent wine knowledge
Passion for food service
Ability to multi task and adapt from dinner to high volume service environment
Commitment to a set schedule
ALOHA knowledge preferred
