What to Expect on the Job
- Prepare restaurant and tables for service
- Run food, expo, and make and run drinks to tables throughout the dining areas
- Clear dirty dishes and reset tables throughout service
- Deal with guest complaints or problems with a positive attitude
- Collaborate with other restaurant servers and kitchen staff
- Availability on weekends is a must, as well as on holidays when the restaurant is open
- Set up and break down the restaurant at the beginning and end of each shift
- Restock the restaurant throughout and at the end of each shift, as needed
- Notify Management of any broken equipment or unsafe environments
- Keep the restaurant clean and organized
- Ability to stay on feet throughout scheduled shift and to lift heavy objects such as trash bags, kegs, or crates of food
What We Provide
- Relatively consistent schedules, 30-40hrs a week
