What We’re Looking For:
Minimum high school graduate (college preferred)
2+ years in a sushi or other fast-paced kitchen
1+ year in a supervisory role
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
Works well under pressure and thrives in a team setting
