Office & Admin :
Run weekly payroll Track and maintain inventory of all office & service supplies Place orders with suppliers and negotiate best pricing/delivery Manage accounts payable/receivable and basic bookkeeping (Caterease) Keep all licenses, permits, insurance, and contracts organized and up to date maintain employee records & onboarding Handle office maintenance, IT issues, cleaning crew, etc.
Catering & Events :
Take incoming catering enquiries (phone, email, website) and close bookings Create customised proposals and menus for clients Coordinate with the kitchen team on menu planning and costing Schedule and staff every event (servers, bartenders, chefs) Manage vendors (rentals, florists, AV, etc.) for off-site events Oversee event logistics from set-up to breakdown when needed Follow up with clients post-event for feedback and future bookings Actively seek new corporate and private catering leads
Who We’re Looking For : Proven experience in office management/admin AND catering/events (at least 2–3 years in each is ideal) Comfortable with payroll and basic bookkeeping (Caterease /QuickBooks knowledge is a big plus) Excellent communicator – you’ll speak with clients daily Super organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Strong negotiator who can keep costs down without sacrificing quality Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; experience with catering software (e.g., CaterZen, Better Cater, Tripleseat) is a bonus Valid driver’s licence and able to occasionally visit event sites Available for some evening/weekend events when needed (compensated with flex time) Mo
