Experience:
7 years of culinary experience in fine dining and high volume restaurant
Food certificate
Ability to manage a team of 15-20 kitchen staff members
Spanish language is strongly preferred
Computer proficient
Budgeting skills to control costs
Incredible food preparation abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once
