CDC Wanted for tiny neighborhood restaurant. Our menu is driven by fresh seasonal vegetables and thoughtful preparations of seafood and meat.
Chef oversees kitchen operations while leading a team and working closely with the FOH. There is room for creative input.
Candidates must carry NYC Food Handler's Certification, a passionate presence and a skill level including fish/meat butchering, raw seafood inventory management, and stock making.
We offer PTO, scheduling input and a collaborative working environment. We want you to work sane FT hours while ensuring all shifts are covered.
