Cocktail bar and lounge in NYC Flatiron is looking for reliable experienced cook.
This is a great position for someone that want to be creative and take charge of kitchen and menu.
with this position you will be able to eventually influence the menu and work with ownership to update a seasonal menu.
must have experience, able to work alone on some shifts, Must have or able to get food handlers certificate upon hiring.
the schedule is 5 days a week Must be available nights starting at 4 pm.
must be able to place orders, maintain a clean working space, able to maintain calm and handle volume.
