Counter Person – Italian Restaurant (Starting at $21/hr)
FULL TIME POSITION ONLY-NO PART TIME
We’re looking for a reliable, experienced Counter Person to join our team at our busy Italian restaurant. If you’re a team player with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude
Answer high-volume phone calls and take accurate orders
Handle cash and credit card transactions with accuracy
Ensure a clean, organized front counter area
Work collaboratively with kitchen and delivery staff
Maintain excellent customer service at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
Strong phone communication skills
Cash handling experience
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Flexible schedule a must
Bilingual a plus (not required)
Starting pay: $21/hour
