Danny & Coop’s is looking for reliable, hard-working part-time Back of House team members to join our fast-growing, high-energy kitchen. We’re a busy Brooklyn shop known for quality, consistency, and a strong team culture — and we want people who take pride in doing things the right way.

Line Cook (Part Time)
Dishwasher / Porter (Part Time)
Multiple shifts available.
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to follow recipes, maintain consistency, and stay organized
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tight kitchen
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not required — we’ll train the right person
Responsibilities
Prep / Line Cook
Daily prep: chopping, portioning, sauces, marinades, etc.
Cooking and assembling menu items during service
Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and station organization
Supporting the BOH team where needed
Dishwasher / Porter
Washing dishes, equipment, and maintaining a clean workspace
Taking out trash, sweeping/mopping, and assisting with closing duties
Supporting cooks with basic prep when needed
