Little fish Hospitality Group is seeking dishwashers at our East Village Sustainable Sushi and Wine bar. Opportunity for advancement for the right candidate exists.
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 40lbs up and down a flight of stairs
- A passion for the industry and customer service
- Neat and organized
- open availability and immediate availability
How you would contribute:
- Wash dishes, pots, etc using dishwashers or by hand. - Maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and prep kitchen work stations. - Stock cleaning supplies and dishes in their respective areas.
- Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pick up areas. - Follow all health department standards.
- Support team members and managers with daily cleaning tasks. - Go above and beyond the call of duty, pitching in wherever and whenever necessary.
