REQUIREMENTS
We're looking for experienced BARTENDERS AND SERVERS who are:
Highly organized, punctual, and professional.
Experienced in full-service restaurants, with a minimum of 3 years required and at least 1 year in fine dining.
Candidates without this level of experience will not be considered.
-Must possess a truly nice presence, and grade A people skills
-Must have a willingness to engage in activities beyond the normal server role ie: answering phones, printing online orders, seating guests etc. all of our staff is cross trained for the quieter times when there is not always support staff on the floor.
-Must understand the importance of working as a TEAM.
-Must be proficient in running food and handling plates/trays and drinks
-Must have the ability to stand on feet for long periods
-Must have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of cleanliness at all times
-DOH FOOD HANDLERS CERTIFICATE IS A PLUS
-MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE
