Experienced Cooks for Latin American Food

Looking for a cook and service staff for a new restaurant opening in March 2025. Will be a (Latin American Menu) and open 5 days a week for dinner. The restaurant is located 3 hours from NYC so relocating is a must. The town only has two restaurants which are Italian Style Food, so Middleburgh needs a comfort food restaurant. People or Person's must have great work ethics and willing to be a strong leader with high expectations of staff and clientele.
